Throughout your stay, you will spend time with our 2 horses in a way that allows trust, awareness, and connection to naturally unfold.

Activities include:

• Grooming and bonding with the horses

• Interact with daily grooming

• Observe inspiring liberty displays, playing with the horses

• Join-Up demonstrations and progression work

• Explore the art of long reigning

• Walk with the horses through cones and obstacle exercises

• Take back control of your life by Guiding horses to gain their trust and build your confidence

• Participate in everyday yard life, including the surprisingly grounding experience of poo picking

These activities reveal far more than horse handling. They become powerful lessons in communication, leadership, trust, presence, and self-awareness.

Horses possess an extraordinary ability to bring us into the present moment. Experience:

• Guided meditations alongside them

• Connecting with the Spirit of Horse

• Equine-assisted healing sessions

• Deep relaxation practices in nature

• Opportunities to reflect, journal, and integrate your experiences

Many participants discover that horses mirror emotions, reveal hidden patterns, and offer profound insights simply through their presence.

The retreat extends beyond the horses and invites you into a deeper relationship with the natural world. You will be guided through:

• Land tending and stewardship practices

• Sacred land ceremonies

• Blessings and gratitude rituals

• Shamanic teachings and evening ceremonies

• Working respectfully with the energies of the land

These experiences help restore our connection to the earth, reminding us that healing often begins when we slow down enough to listen.

As the day draws to a close, the magic continues. Enjoy:

• Shamanic ceremonial evenings

• Layouts and intuitive guidance sessions

• Sunset Beach Fire pit conversations

• Sing-along evenings

• Connection, laughter, and friendship with like-minded souls

There is something deeply special about gathering together beneath the stars, sharing stories and music after a day spent with horses and nature.

One of the highlights of the retreat is our unforgettable evening by the water. As the sun begins to set, we gather on the beach around a crackling campfire.

Together we will:

• Offer blessings to the sea

• Share music and songs around the fire

• Reflect upon our journey

• Celebrate connection, gratitude, and life

• Experience the freedom of wild swimming for those who wish to participate

As the last golden rays dance across the water, many guests describe this as the moment they truly feel restored.
