Crystal Shaman Membership Gift Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Christmas Gift Memberships offered by the British Academy of Crystal Healing (BACH) for the Crystal Shaman Membership during November and December 2026. They cover the purchase and use of a gift membership by both the purchaser and the recipient.

1. Gift Membership Options

Christmas Gift Memberships are available in the following options:

One-Month Membership

  • £30 – No crystals

  • £40 – With monthly premium crystals

Three-Month Membership

  • £90 – No crystals

  • £120 – With monthly premium crystals

All options include access to the Crystal Shaman Membership content and community. Options with crystals also include the monthly premium crystals.

The option and price selected at checkout determine what is included in the gift.

2. Payment and Membership Duration

  • Gift memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Each gift membership is for a fixed period of either one or three months, depending on the option purchased.

  • Gift memberships are paid upfront and do not automatically renew.

  • Membership access will end when the selected gift period expires.

  • Recipients may choose to join the regular monthly membership after their gift period ends, subject to the usual membership arrangements.

3. Claiming and Activating the Gift

  • The recipient will receive a gift email with instructions on how to access the membership hub and claim their membership.

  • The recipient must register within three months of receiving the gift email.

  • The membership period begins once the recipient has registered and their membership access has been activated.

  • We ask recipients to register within three months of receiving their gift email to activate their membership. If they need a little longer, please contact BACH to discuss an extension. Gift memberships are not intended to be held indefinitely, and any extension will be agreed at BACH's discretion.

4. Membership Access

  • Membership access is provided to the named recipient and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

  • The recipient will need to set up their own account in the membership hub (a link will be sent).

  • Membership includes access to the available content and member community, including the private Facebook and WhatsApp groups.

  • The recipient agrees to follow the applicable Crystal Shaman Membership terms and conditions relating to membership access and use of the Crystal Shaman Membership community.

5. Gifts Including Monthly Premium Crystals

For gift memberships that include crystals:

  • The recipient will be asked to provide their delivery address through a form included in their gift email.

  • UK delivery is included in the gift price.

  • Additional postage charges apply to deliveries outside the UK and will depend on the destination.

  • Purchasers should contact BACH before purchasing if the recipient lives outside the UK, so that any additional postage costs can be confirmed.

  • Any additional postage payment must be received before the crystals are dispatched.

  • The recipient is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Gift memberships marked as No Crystals do not include the monthly premium crystals or crystal delivery.

6. Purchaser and Recipient Details

  • The purchaser must provide the correct name and email address of the intended recipient when placing the order.

  • These details will be used to arrange the gift email and membership access.

  • For gifts including crystals, the recipient's delivery address will be collected separately through the form provided in the gift email.

  • The purchaser is responsible for checking that the recipient's details are correct.

7. Availability

Christmas Gift Memberships are available for purchase during November and December 2026 only.

The three-month registration period begins from the date the recipient receives their gift email, regardless of when the gift was purchased.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

All purchases are subject to applicable consumer rights and BACH's cancellation and refund policy.
