By signing up, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our website terms, privacy policy, and any membership-specific terms.

Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside of business), you will receive clear information about the membership, pricing, and your cancellation rights.

Membership Options

We currently offer two membership levels:

Option 1 – £33/month: Full content access plus monthly crystals delivered to you.

Option 2 – £25/month: Full content access without crystals.

Members may change their membership level at any time, but we require at least one month’s notice before the change takes effect.

Membership Entry

Membership is confirmed after you sign up. However, Jackie reserves the right to refuse entry if the membership is unsuitable for you, or if there is an error in pricing or content description.

Membership Availability

Access may be delayed or temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen events (e.g., illness, IT issues). No liability is accepted for any unavailable or corrupted content.

Access Requirements

You must have a compatible device to access membership resources. These technical requirements may change over time.

Age Restriction

Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Sharing Logins

Login credentials are for individual use only. Sharing is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent use will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Pay your monthly membership fees on time.

Keep your account details secure.

Take full responsibility for your actions and decisions while using the membership.

Fees & Payment

Membership fees recur monthly and are based on your selected membership level.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month and processed automatically via Stripe subscription using card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link

You’ll be notified of any price increases with at least 10 days’ notice.

No refunds will be issued unless legally required or under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership with at least 1 month notice before your next scheduled payment.

Cancellations received after that will take effect the following month.

Access to Content

Active members will receive full access to membership content. Access ends if the membership is cancelled or payments are missed.

Intellectual Property

All content provided is for personal use only. You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

Personal Information

Your personal data will be used to process your membership and payments. You may also receive updates about similar services, in line with our privacy policy.

Confidentiality

By participating in group sessions, you agree to keep shared personal and sensitive information confidential.
