These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings with the British Academy of Crystal Healing (BACH). By booking a course, you agree to the following:

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Diploma in Crystal Healing

• Deposit: A deposit is required upon enrollment to secure your place.

• Instalments: If paying in installments, an invoice for the next instalment will be sent two weeks before the start of the next level, and payment will be due before the level begins.

• Crystals:

• If paying the full course fee upfront, the crystals for Modules 1 and 2 will be sent upon enrolment.

• If paying by instalments:

• Upon enrolling in Level 1, you will receive the Module 1 crystals. If you do not continue to Level 2, you must pay £75 for the crystals received.

• Upon enrolling in Level 3, you will receive the Module 2 crystals. If you do not continue to Level 4, you must pay £75 for the crystals received.

• Structure: Levels 1 & 2 fall under Module 1; Levels 3 & 4 fall under Module 2.

• If an instalment is missed, access to the course may be paused until payment is received.
  

1.2 Beauty Course

• A single course fee is payable in full before the course start date.

• Optional crystal kits may be purchased separately to support your learning.
  

1.3 Angel Course

• A single course fee is payable in full before the course start date.
  

1.4 General Payment Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except during the 14-day cooling-off period.

• Failure to complete payment may result in the loss of your place.
  

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cooling-off period (all courses)

• You may cancel your booking within 14 calendar days of confirmation and deposit/payment for a full refund.

• If the course begins during this period, a proportion of the fee will be retained for services already provided.
  

2.2 After the cooling-off period

• A £50 administration fee will apply to cancellations.

• For courses linked to a venue or hotel, you may also be liable for venue cancellation fees, unless your place is resold.

• 21 days or more before the course start date: 50% of the course fee is forfeited.

• 14 days or less before the course start date: the full course fee is forfeited.
  

2.3 Transfers

• Where possible, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another course. This is at our discretion.
  

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund or transfer will be given. In cases of illness or emergency, please contact us promptly; rebooking may be offered at our discretion.

4. Cancellations by BACH

• BACH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary (e.g., insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances).

• Learners will be notified at the earliest opportunity and offered either a full refund or a transfer.

• We do not cover travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses. Please consider refundable arrangements if booking in-person events.

5. Venues and Facilities (for in-person courses only)

• A minimum number of students is required for courses to run. If not met, you will be offered an alternative or a refund.

• Parking at venues is not guaranteed and may be subject to charges imposed by the venue.
  

6. Liability

• BACH accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury incurred during courses, except where required by law.

• Students are responsible for their own wellbeing and belongings.
  

7. Data Protection

Your personal data will only be used to manage your booking and course participation, in line with GDPR. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
