Day 1 - Lessons in Letting Go
19 September 2025
Our trip to Sedona began on the 19.09.2025… a date filled with many 9s. For me personally, I knew I was facing endings in the subtle realms. These endings included expectation, being open to whatever happens, and not manipulating the truth by projecting images of how I want life and particularly this journey to go. A reality manifested to help me implement the new vibrations.
We took the train from Blackpool to Manchester Airport, only to find that the Manchester–London flight was delayed.
The delay meant we had little time to get to the other terminal and board on time. We began creating images in our minds that we would make it, that the flight would wait, and all would be fine.
It wasn’t. We arrived at the gate five minutes after it closed for security and were not allowed to board.
After much waiting around in long queues, we were told that we had a new flight booked to Amsterdam. What! But we’re going to Sedona, Phoenix! “Ah, ok,” the lady said, “let’s change it…”
We stayed in a hotel overnight and were now booked on a flight excursion to Dallas and then Phoenix on the 20th with the promise that our luggage would be there. Really? 😂 I had little faith, but we will see!
During meditation I was told to stop manipulating my reality through thought projection. Imagine yourself fully centred in the now and allow the world to open up to you. Be as a child with its parents: feel safe, my darling, and watch what happens.
Totally let go of everything, Jackie. Surrender and watch.
The male and female archetypes are now merging into neutrality… the mother and father, feelings and logic. They are all aligning into a new frequency of neutrality. The way to handle this new centred energy is to be here now with your focus. Control and stabilise your mind and know all is well. Remember that:
It is what it is.
Already I am learning so much, and I am still at Heathrow. What an interesting journey. Let’s see what today brings. The surprising thing is I never panicked or became disturbed by any of the events yesterday, so I truly know something has shifted within me. The old me would have reacted so differently. 💕💕💕
Day 2 - Laughter in Dallas
20 September 2025
Armed with a new mindset not to project into the future, we embarked on our journey once again.
The flight to Dallas was smooth… apart from my friend getting smacked in the face by a case from an overhead locker! We left the flight relatively unscathed, but the real challenge came once we landed.
The fiasco at Dallas Airport saw us get lost and somehow end up back outside the airport without our baggage and needing to go through security all over again.
Having already missed one flight, there was a deep resignation that it could possibly happen again. But with no mental projection, we made it to the gate on time. Where our bags are, we still don’t know…
At this point we were near hysteria, laughing at all the incredible events so far.
Still in the same clothes I left home in two days ago, I truly hope my case turns up… if not for me, then for the sake of the other members of our group who have to sit near me!
Day 3 - A Gentle Arrival
21 September 2025
Upon arriving at the retreat which is situated in a forest on the red mountainside terrain I felt as though I was entering into a home similar to those seen in the film Avatar … tree houses nestled within a forest.
The energy of the mountains and rock formations are gentle and kind so far and the people all seem to wear a smile and want the best.
Still not adjusted from the jet lag I am documenting this at 4 am … wide awake and eager to share. After what can only be described as a scenic tour to get here … it was well worth the time and effort though.
Today we are visiting a Peace Stupa … it’s raining … in the desert!!! I am certainly being taught to have no expectations. The locals say it never rains and that the last 2 days (since we arrived!!!!) have been an exception to the rule and the only 2 days of rain this year … Seems we took the UK weather with us to Sedona hahahah.
Our first adventure to an energy vortex was to a Stupa … The vortex was so gentle and nurturing … no rush of energy … just a beautiful centring and surrendering into the moment that left everyone deeply peaceful and serene in a state of no mind.
I dowsed to find the most potent BG3 (god code centring energy) which was under an olive tree. Behind the Stupa there was no great enlightenment, just a deep surrender into what can only be described as blissful nurturing of the mind, body and soul.
Day 4 - Out of This World!!!

Out of this world !!!
Today we had a class with an ET expert learning some of the history of the different races of ET’s.
I take the information in and see how well it resonates with me so I am not blindly led into a false sense of reality.
We spent 4 hours, and I could have stayed longer, learning about the history of the ET interaction with the American government and the exchange of information on how to improve things technologically, plus much more.
To say it was interesting was an understatement. The tutor backed her information up with evidence received from whistle blowers, had images of the various races and explained how these races lived inside their planets not on the outside like us.
We then attended a night viewing of UFO’s in the desert with NASA night vision goggles. The organiser said she had met and had conversations with aliens. I was hooked as were the rest of the party. She used a green laser torch to point out the ships in the night sky. There was no street lighting in the desert so the sky was beautifully clear and was laden with stars.
The ships were not visible without the binocular style goggles but I could clearly see airplanes and stars along with the UFOs easily and kept taking them off to check it was accurate with what I was seeing without them and it was…
I was shocked and delighted... and after seeing one there were so many travelling to and from the stars.
She explained that some races lived in the stars as well as in planets and some races looked very much like us. She showed us an actual photograph of a 105 year old alien who looked like a human so I had to just take her word on that … or not … but what we saw with our own eyes in the sky was super impressive.
She spoke about many things that she had been told by the alien but the “med beds” were what interested me most .. and she says they should be available on earth real soon.
Three types of med beds: 1. healing 2. emotional release from hurts and 3. rejuvenating affording a longer life and a physical age of the body to be around the 40’s.
(I will book on that one asap) lol 😂
Now I don’t know what is true and what isn’t and she offered a lot of information. All I can say is it was not beyond the realms of possibility and it was all good and positive which was a refreshing change as some conspiracy theories leave you in fear… she left us with hope and potential.
What an incredible day… my mind has been truly opened to exceptional potentials for the future.

Day 5 - Kachina Energy Vortex
25 September 2025
Our first trail to the Kachina energy vortex in Boynton Canyon…
The Kachina Woman Rock is labelled due to its appearance.
The rugged terrain has a vibrant red colour and fortunately kind with us as we climbed the mountain in the 90 degree heat.
At the top the view was breathtaking.
I used a dowser to monitor the BG3 energy and it swung so fast I was nervous I may let it go and who knows where it would have ended up!!!
Donna shared the story of the Kachina Woman: a young Indian girl who lived in the centre of the earth and somehow managed to find her way into the outer world where she died and her spirit got trapped in the rock.
Her galactic family came down to release her so her spirit was once again free. A beautiful story!!
Whilst on the mountain I noticed that one of the trees had grown twisted right where the vortex energy was and the others were all normal. Below the tree was a dead branch and I felt it was a gift for me. The branch had lots of dead bark in it and I felt inclined to pick it off … and once I started I couldn’t stop. Below the dead bark was a beautiful smooth soft wood. It felt like a comforter and I didn’t want to put it down. I have carried the branch with me since.
It pops out of my handbag and I hold it. It has been under my pillow and I have an unreal connection with this branch. People thought I was strange before — who knows what they will think now lol 😂 — and to be honest I don’t care, I am nurturing this wonderful gift.
For me, whilst meditating I realised that my soul was fragmented and that I wanted to ask the rock to help me recall the fragments of my soul … which I did and I will now wait to witness any developments without expectations.
The evening was a fun-filled night with a channeller who gave us all readings and I was told I originate from Andromeda.
I have absolutely no sense of direction in this life so maybe that’s why I never went back to Andromeda lol 😂 … but the channel said I am here with a purpose. I am connected to the Christ light as many of us are and thankfully I don’t have to navigate my way back when the time comes as they will send my galactic family to meet me … phew 😥
The adventures have been so beautiful, deeply nurturing and enlightening without expectations… the group is very heart based and I feel privileged to be part of it 🙏💕
Day 6 - Last Day: Shamanic Gathering
26 September 2025
There is a big Native American culture here in Sedona and with that in mind I decided to complete the Sedona experience by honouring our ancestors and each other in a traditional Shamanic gathering.
We sat and reflected on our time together and how much we had experienced and learned. We journeyed to the other worlds and shared our experiences together.
We came as individuals caught up in our daily lives but left as a family of souls who remembered why we came to earth and what our purpose was…
We honoured the aspect of ourselves that we saw in each other and ended with an open heart and memories of love and laughter.
What a sacred beautiful place Sedona is… and if you ever consider going please do… it’s well worth the trip 🙏💕💕🙏
Oh nearly forgot to mention lol 😂
Last time I met with Dawana our host in Hawaii the volcano that had not erupted in 20 years erupted when I got back.
This time when leaving Sedona I received a government warning of flash floods that were potentially life threatening… mmmh !!!
First fire now water 🙏 let’s see what develops xx
